As an Authorised Service Centre, Arabcal collaborates with a dedicated team of trained and proficient professionals possessing comprehensive knowledge of each instrument within our lab. Each team member undergoes rigorous training encompassing calibration specifics, uncertainty calculation methodologies for various procedures, as well as the re-assembly and programming intricacies of diverse test and measuring instruments. Our primary goal is to achieve high efficiency in repairing and refurbishing instruments covered under manufacturer warranty. Repairs conducted within the manufacturer’s warranty are executed at no cost or with minimal charges.

The servicing process for any device begins with a thorough diagnosis to identify faulty components, followed by their replacement or repair as necessary. Subsequently, we meticulously test the device repeatedly until we are fully satisfied with its performance, ensuring optimal functionality and reliability.
